About Corporate Low Voltage Inc.

Corporate Low Voltage Inc. was founded twenty years ago in 1999 by Mike Langenderfer. Mike saw a need in commercial construction for coordination of low voltage between Landlord, Building Management, General Contractor, inspection officials and Customer in tenant build-outs. In addition to his low voltage knowledge and quality workmanship, Mike’s insight into leasing, tenant construction and building management positioned him to provide exceptional service to his customers. Helping customers find the best solution and best value for their installation is our goal. Building a team to continue to bring that unique perspective to each project over twenty years has resulted in a business built on customer satisfaction and referrals. Our unique approach gives our clients peace of mind in addition to a quality installation.
